Our home base is Grantsville, Utah. We serve businesses across Tooele County and Salt Lake County, and we support clients from Alaska to Delaware over Zoom.

If you’ve been on a Zoom call with us, you may have noticed the map hanging on the wall behind us. Our family uses it to track our travels. This one tracks something else we love: the states where our clients do business.
Most of these clients found us through a referral from another business owner, and we’ve kept working together because remote bookkeeping works just as well in Alaska as it does in Utah.

Can you do my bookkeeping if I’m not in Utah?
Yes. We currently support clients in 13 states. Everything we do happens in cloud-based software and over Zoom, so your location doesn’t change how we work together.
Is remote bookkeeping secure?
Most of the work happens inside your accounting software, where bank and credit card feeds bring transactions in automatically. Documents are shared through secure online tools instead of email attachments.
Do you ever meet in person?
Right now all of our meetings happen over Zoom, which makes scheduling easy wherever you are.
