Profit First & cash flow

Profit First budgeting and cash flow monitoring.

Make profit part of the plan from day one. We help you set up Profit First budgeting and keep an eye on your cash flow, so you’re never caught off guard.

Overview

Pay your business first.

Profit First is a cash management method created by author Mike Michalowicz. The idea is simple: when money comes in, a set percentage goes to profit and taxes first, and the business runs on what remains. Most businesses do it the other way around, paying every expense first and taking whatever is left, which is often very little.

It works a lot like automatically moving part of every paycheck into savings. Once the money is set aside, you stop spending it without thinking about it. We help you set up the system, build budgets that fit your business, and monitor cash flow so you can see trouble coming weeks ahead.

Why it matters

What changes when profit comes first

Profit is planned

A set share of every deposit goes to profit, so it builds up steadily through the year.

Taxes are covered

Setting aside tax money as you earn it means tax bills stop turning into emergencies.

Surprises get caught early

Regular cash flow monitoring shows you slow months and big expenses before they hit.

In their words

More than you thought possible

The owners never cease to amaze me with how much they accomplish together! Give them a try, they will help you accomplish more than you thought possible as well!
