Overview
Tax time is easier when the books are right.
Most tax headaches start months earlier, with books that are behind or inaccurate. Because our in-house CPA works alongside our bookkeeping team all year, your tax work starts from clean, reconciled numbers, and we can spot planning opportunities long before a deadline.
That means fewer surprises, fewer last-minute document hunts, and advice based on what’s actually happening in your business. If you already work with a CPA you like, we’re happy to work alongside them and hand over books that are ready to go.
What’s included
- Sales and use tax returns
- Tax planning throughout the year
- Business tax preparation
- Quarterly payroll tax filings
- Coordination with your existing CPA

Tax planning that starts early
Andy, our in-house CPA, brings more than a decade in the financial sector along with military service. He works with our bookkeepers throughout the year, so tax planning happens while there’s still time to act on it.
When the books are accurate and we understand what is happening inside the business, we can be much more proactive instead of waiting until tax time to find problems or opportunities.

I already have a CPA. Can I still work with you?
Yes. We’re happy to keep your books and work alongside your CPA, making sure they get clean books and the reports they need.
When should I start tax planning?
Earlier is better. Planning during the year gives you options, like timing purchases or adjusting estimated payments, that disappear once the year is over.
Do you prepare sales and use tax returns?
Yes. We prepare and file sales and use tax returns as part of our tax services, and we keep the sales tax accounts in your books reconciled.
Get ahead of tax season.
Book a consultation and tell us where things stand. We’ll take it from there.
